Supported Living Partners LLC is now a Standard Model Agency, meaning we have several standards and expectations to comply with allowing us more growth! Standard Model agencies in Oregon allow us to fully engage in the Community Living aspect of supported living.  This allows us, as an agency to pay our DSPs a living wage.  Additionally,  we will continue to offer a benefit package that will include the opportunity to enrolll in a 401K saving plan, with a match up 2%.  As SLP grows, additional benefits will follow.  At this time SLP does not offer medical insurance.
If you are a parent or guardian of an adult with IDD and are interested in seeing your support staff make $22.50 per hour, which will go to $25.00 an hour after training is complete, contact us.  Most all of training is done online or video, and can be completed in as little a time as you are able, but no longer than 90 days.  Switching to our services is your choice!

Supported Living Services

We are a Supported Living Program.  Supported Living Programs allow Individuals with Developmental and/or Intellectual Disabilities (IDD)to live in the home of their choice, including their family home.  This model allows a person to have a choice more suitable for their own needs. Additionally, with attendant care services, each client eligible receives daily support needs, offering individualized care for such things such as shopping, managing healthcare needs, assuring safety, supporting feeding and nutritional needs, outdoor activities, and outings in the community.  When becoming eligible for services, attendant care hours may be facilitated through the County Programs, or through a private agency such as Supported Living Partners (SLP).

To become involved, clients with IDD must have a referral from their County Developmental Disabilities Program, Or The Oregon Division of Developmental Disabilities.
